General Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant upfront consultation, resource allocation, and intellectual property, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has commenced.

Eligibility for a Refund

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Not Rendered: If we fail to initiate the project or provide any of the agreed-upon services, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Major Service Failure: In the unlikely event of a major failure to deliver the core requirements of the project as outlined in our initial agreement, a partial or full refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after the project has started.
  • Dissatisfaction with the final outcome, provided it meets the initially agreed-upon specifications. We offer revisions to address any specific concerns.
  • Failure to provide necessary information or cooperation from your end.
